My husband & I have gotten to know Tom very well over the past few years. He helped us along the way, since the beginning when we were even unsure about our search, looking for a condo or single family home. We didn’t live in Florida and Tom would send us listings of houses or condos that he thought we would like. Tom also always made himself available on short notice to show us properties when we traveled there, which we greatly appreciated. My husband & I could see that he was very knowledgeable about the local housing market.

Fast forward to this June when we found our “dream home”. Tom was able to take us through the house with a narrative tour by video that he sent us! We felt it was the closest thing to being there! Many other things Tom did having to deal with us & all the paperwork remotely, made us thankful for his technology skills. After our offer was accepted, I can’t stress how much Tom really worked over & above for us! He not only dealt with so many of our inexperienced questions, but had to educate the other realtor involved in the sale also. All through this anxious time for us, Tom was always available and kept all the communication open, keeping us in the loop, like we were right there. He has a great personality, was very supportive (we needed a lot of that 😉) and he made us feel very comfortable being able to ask him anything. We were able to trust Tom because we found he was always honest.

We feel Tom should receive recognition for excellence because of all the things mentioned above, however his responsiveness & availability are the areas that truly went “over the top”! Tom was always quick to respond to our questions & requests, which were many. He seemed to be available 24/7, and this was not only when he was on vacation, but also while he had...............wait for it.........
COVID-19!! That’s right, he was available by phone, text & e-mail right through his quarantine period. If that’s not dedication, I don’t know what is! We really feel grateful for everything Tom did for us to make our dream home become a reality!
